  • Vacuum

  • Full Immersion Cleaning
  • Pre- Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Warm/Cold Water Extraction
  • Advance Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Application of Protector (highly recommended)
  • Forced Air Drying Process
  • Carpet is rolled for pick up

Residential Wall to Wall Carpet Cleaning Process

  • Small Light Furniture is moved
  • Pre-Vacuum with edging tool
  • Treatment Spray
  • Pre- Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Hot Water Extraction
  • Advance Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Application of Protector (highly recommended)
  • Forced Air Drying Process
  • Small light furniture is replaced in room on carpet square protectors

Upholstery Cleaning Process

  • Pre-Vacuum with edging tool
  • Treatment Spray
  • Pre- Spot Treatment (If necessary)

  • Advance Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Application of Protector (highly recommended)

Commercial Wall to Wall Carpet Cleaning Process

  • Pre-Vacuum with edging tool
  • Treatment Spray
  • Pre- Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Hot Water Extraction
  • Advance Spot Treatment (If necessary)
  • Application of Protector (highly recommended)
  • Forced Air Drying Process

Stone, Tile and Grout Cleaning Process

  • Pre-Vacuum/ Sweep
  • Apply Applicable Treatment
  • Machine or hand Scrub
  • Pressure Wash with SX12
  • Damp mop/Neutralize
  • Application of Sealer 

Mold Remediation 

  • A formal inspection will be performed by an environmental technician certified in mold inspection and remediation
  • Possibly mold test through an independent and certified laboratory 
  • Receive a written report of the inspector’s visual observation and an explanation of the laboratory results
  • Possible structural drying process
  • The disposal of the source causing mold growth
  • Area is cleaned and restored.

Water Damage Repair 

  • A formal inspection will be performed by a certified technician
  • Receive a written estimate
  • Water Source is fixed 
  • Damage is removed to prevent the growth of mold spores
  • Area is cleaned and restored.

Fire Damage Repair 

  • A formal inspection will be performed by a certified technician
  •  Receive a written estimate
  • Contents are removed and cleaned.
  • Un- repairable structure is disposed.
  • Possible structure drying
  • Possible odor diffuser
